Fill the hopper, set the temperature and let gravity and technology do the work. Control cooking temps and monitor food using our app where you’ll find recipes and guided cooks for everything from burgers to brisket. The Tahoma® delivers real smoke flavor with the simplicity to make smoking easy and the features to elevate your craft.

  • Go low and slow or crank it up to high heat with 7-in-1 versatility: Smoke, BBQ, grill, sear, roast, bake or braise between 200°F to 600°F.
  • No lighters or matches—just set your temperature and go!
  • Smoke or grill up to 2 briskets, 10 rib racks or 12 whole chickens on 1200-square-inches of total cooking space. You can cook meats and larger items on the 553-square-inch primary cooking grate and use the 647-square-inch upper cooking grate for smaller items
  • The Large LCD display makes it simple to set cooking temperature, monitor and maintain consistent temps.
  • Control settings and monitor temperatures from a distance using the Oklahoma Joe’s app. Choose from hundreds of recipes with guided cooks, step-by-step directions, videos, how-to content and tips everyone can use.
